About Us
Our History
We started this initiative during the pandemic as many of our women were impacted. We noticed that a lot of us needed more self-confidence and knowledge on how to navigate through the job market. We had to learn how to ask for what we deserved in order to further ourselves and our careers.
Our Mission
Our goal is to empower each other with the adequate training to become competitive in the job market. Our mission is to help one another with career development skills, communication skills and resume/interview prep.
